I was in a severe car accident in 2001. As a result I suffered from muscle and nerve damage in my legs and back, limited range of motion, plus chronic headaches and constant leg muscle cramps. The slow movements of Tai Chi have made a huge difference, within months I noticed the results. I have regained about 80% of range of motion, no longer have leg cramps or headaches. I even have feeling back in my right knee which had been numb from the accident. Thank you Jeff and Kim.

My name is Christine and I participated in the Tai Chi in the park last summer. Since then I have shared with everyone how peaceful the hour is, even with traffic around you and people watching. You find serenity and Kim and Jeff make you feel supported no matter what your level or ability is. I can not thank them enough for supporting Wendy's Place and if you have not tried Tai Chi yet, what are you waiting for?

As a professional in the stressful field of emergency services, I can say that making the decision to try Tai Chi Qigong as a stress relief outlet was not one made without reservations... Jeff & Kim provide excellent instruction in a welcoming and warm environment which fosters a genuine desire amoung skeptical students to continue their practice outside of class... Not an easy feat in today's society. Their consummate professionalism and never ending pateince is a rare gem which I would recommend to anyone looking to enter into the AMAZING art of Tai Chi. I look forward to continuing under their instruction for the indefinite future... Worth triple the price even if it was half the level of service, I am sure that this passion translates to all other areas of the business as well...
